高溫,強耐磨損性,產品的材料要求高韌性是不同的,但還需要對整個處理和相關材料。如果您需要耐高溫的手板,與pps取得較好,可承受300度高溫;如果你需要做透明的手板,PC和丙烯酸材料為佳。
High temperature, strong wear resistance, high toughness required by product materials are different, but the whole treatment and related materials are also required. If you need a high temperature resistant hand board, you can work well with PPS and can withstand 300 ° C high temperature; If you need to make transparent hand boards, PC and acrylic materials are preferred.
常規產品手板:一般選用ABS材料,這種材料制作手板容易加工,手板后處理也比較美觀。
Conventional product hand board: ABS material is generally selected, which is easy to process and beautiful after treatment.
耐高溫產品手板:可選用材料環氧樹脂、黑色PC、PA(尼龍),這四種材料制作手板除黑色PC可以粘接外,其它三種都不可以粘接,需整體加工。

耐磨性產品手板:可選用POM或PA。此兩種材料制作手板都不可以粘接,需整體加工。

高韌性產品手板:可選用PA或PP。此兩種材料制作手板都不可以粘接,需整體加工。

透明產品手板:可選用PMMA(亞克力)、透明ABS、透明PC等材料。這些材料制作出來的手板,通過拋光,透明度極高,達到跟真產品一樣的效果。
